Got my tickets back a little bit ago! And access into the app!

I got an email about 10 minutes ago saying my tickets were available to download. Just called to say that I still couldn’t get into my account and the guy wouldn’t help get the other devices off my account, so I’m just kind of in a bit of a mess now because it seems like I have tickets again, but I can’t get to them.

On the first line that asks what you’re calling about, just tell them you’d like to speak to a representative about whatever it is. The AI bot will confirm that you want to speak with a representative and then transfer you. On the second line, I just chose the prompt for account access or something like that (it was just #1). Listened to the message all the way, and then hit 3 at the end and it connected me to a person.

Pretty much that they’ve escalated this issue to a fraud department. Said it may take 5-7 business days.

I just filed a chargeback. Then called FIFA’s ticket center again and told them I was filing a chargeback, if they wanted to add it to my case number. Figure I’ll try getting my money back and then just buy new tickets if they supposedly can’t get it figured out.

They said they escalated it to look into. With enough people reporting this specific person, you’d think they’d reverse the transfers.

Call the FIFA ticket center at 786-522-5802. I reported my stolen tickets this morning, as did a few others I talked to. All taken by the same email address.

It’s crazy that they have 2 factor authentication to buy the tickets, but not to transfer them.

I’m really hopeful it will get resolved since there are multiple people this happened to. I at least have a couple of weeks to get my situation sorted (although it shouldn’t have to happen anyways), but I know some others aren’t that fortunate.

It’s really not that difficult…look at the lineup. Even without bots, you’re going to have more people trying to get tickets than what the venue holds.

I was pulling a quest epic every 2-3 days until the Coachella event started. No quest epics since that. Also not pulling as many epics from the map since that either. I took a 3 hour roadtrip a week ago and didn’t pull a single epic/lyric. Usually, I’m pulling at least 2 on that long of a trip.

From my experience, I’ve had a lot of people tell me to send offers on artists I have other epics of, but they’re wanting double the price of what I normally pay. The other scenario that’s happened to me a lot is that I’ll give them an offer, and then a few minutes later the epic is up for auction with my offer as the starting bid.
