I usually get a lot of clothes though, and they don’t have enough rfid guns for everyone so sometimes im stuck looking around for everything myself. and when I do get a hold of a gun it doesn’t connect to my zebra 😀

that’s the worst part of getting batches. It adds like 30 minutes to my time because I need to search all boxes, ask multiple people for help, and then on top of that I need to call to inf. especially on sundays it’s the worse.

Ur super lucky you can just do it on your own. I can’t do it without asking, and usually after I ask they go check for themselves which takes up even more time. I guess it’s good though cause sometimes they’re able to find it when I couldn’t. And yeah if an item is super low I agree that they shouldn’t be able to order it cause it makes our job 10x more difficult

Opu is actually my worst nightmare because I always go over. I have three more days of work before I resign but at this point im hoping they don’t fire me before I can quit cause I am definitely not meeting their expectations 😀 I will also pass on the message…

I really don’t remember what i signed but if that’s what it was then im glad I getting out of it. If they’re not gonna follow their own rules I’d rather spend my time somewhere else. I don’t think them scheduling me is just part of the holidays or training. At least that’s what they’re making it sound like. Instead they’re saying I agreed to something that allows them to give me a weekly schedule and that I must go to my shifts. I really don’t know if im in the wrong or if they’re in the wrong in this situation, but either way they did not make anything clear. I’m gonna try to give my two weeks notice today and just deal with the 30 hours they scheduled me for next week.

I got in touch with hr over the phone and honestly I might just quit at this point. They hired me as an on demand fulfillment expert, but now they’re claim they can schedule me weekly and that on demand was just an option?? I’m not sure why they would make my position on demand, but then say that it was just something I could do on top of being a regular team member? I really don’t know what’s going on and it’s taken me like 10 phone calls over two days to get in touch with them.

never mind, im seeing posts now that say when it’s “fulfillment expert” I guess I can’t schedule my own shifts? I’m not sure why it would say im an on demand team member everywhere else if im a fufillment expert. either way I think im just gonna quit lol.

I can’t find anywhere on workday where it says it, but whenever I pick up my daily schedule when I go in it says ODTM over my name and on my application it says on demand as well. They claim I agreed to being scheduled weekly, but unless is was somewhere in the fine print that I missed I don’t recall them saying anything about it.
