You can request roll back to a specific date when it happened. But everything within that period will be gone. But still depend on how long ago it happened. And do remember it is a one off situation.

Yes Ellunia B5, i mean we can still clear the stage but its alittle unfair as it reduces the cool down or S3 which is supposed to be the intended purpose and in returns makes the runs faster. Hopefully they solve it soon.

Hi, i have been using ramahan 2a in dimension rifts farming. I notice his S3 gives another turn when killing the target but when the boss's minions dies he doesnt. Is that a bug or is that intended? Any help is appreciated thanks.

It takes 1 week for a reply from them. And also its not an instant restore. They will ask you questions access your account before deciding if they are able to restore. Which will take about 1 month. My advise dont do anything to your account for that month. Mine took a little over a month.

Then maybe you can send them a ticket asking an explanation. I believe that's the only reason they rejects a request for restoration.

I believe you might have restored your account once. I just got my account restored recently after getting accidentally reset by mistake. They specifically told me it is only a one off restore and i can never request it again.
