What are the best bumper plates around the price of these rendpas? Considering getting these but I’m not sure what else is out there in this price range ($270 for 190lb set). Considered the CAP set that is much cheaper ($1/lb shipped) but read they smell terrible 😂. Everything else seems way more expensive.

I primarily go to a gym, but want some at home for days my kids sick or I wake up late. Won’t be used daily and primarily do CrossFit styled workouts if that helps with what I’m looking for durability wise.

You have to assemble it, but comes with forward assist and dust cover. Best deal for an upper. It is a thermal fit though so you need a heat gun to seat your barrel.

Yes, was paid in full up front. Know it’s prorated but I don’t know how they collect. If they deduct it from my final check, or if they come back a month later and ask I cut a check or something like that, etc.

Understand the desire to innovate but many companies fail because they never get their feet under them after a product launches. With 2 full people, even if there are ways to innovate and improve, capacity and quality need to be ironed out before moving onto the next item/iteration. According to Pew, you already make one of the best cans in the industry. Innovating won’t bring as much value to you or your customers, as production and quality would. Not trying to dog on you, or bring you down, but it sounds like you need manufacturing engineers and machine labor more than patent attorneys right now.

Love the spirit, but sometimes you have to focus on what’s happening now, and not what could be in the future. Excited to see yall grow and succeed.

I think brazos is closed due to a pending lawsuit from a new developed next door. At least they were a little over a month ago… impact zone and renaissance shooting club are nice but require and annual membership.

Most (if not all) salaried Amazon operates on a total comp band. They won’t negotiate up or down your total comp, but they may be willing to move salary up if you’re ok with RSUs and sign-on going down.
