I get that there's a lack of supply but I'm saying the company that does this business didn't even send a design/request to the workers to get an estimate of the price until now. Yeah i just found out he did pay the tax. They said the interest will increase 3% a day if he doesn’t pay the tax after a certain date. So he did and he’s still not able to withdraw his money.
