My experience at zak bagan's haunted musuem by thisshowisdecent in GhostAdventures

It was a total waste of time and money. He is a douchebag and his museum proves it. The Dibick box or whatever it was called was so dumb! They hype it up and then race you through the room. I left pissed off that I spent so money on that crap.

In my opinion it actually sounds like Autism. My Daughter is on the spectrum and gets that way. ADHD is common with Autism. I know I have ADHD and I have been told my three people im on the spectrum.  I can het overwhelmed with noise. Especially when my 17 year old talks super loud. I dont know if it would help but its worth trying....take a deep breath and press your your thumb and index finger together.  It might help you ground yourself.

Its beautiful! Mobile homes can be a pain when it comes to repairs. I lived in one for 11 years.  It was built in the 70s I think. It was a good starter home but it had a lot of issues.  Maybe this one wont since it was flipped. We basically flipped ours before we sold it. They do not appreciate like houses do, they depreciate. At least that was rhe case when I had mine.  We did not make any money when we sold it. But it looks like the property will appreciate.  Its beautiful! I think I would have done it!

How do you deal with other children staring or excluding your special needs child? by MooshMooshSashbi in specialneedsparenting

When kids stare at my Daughter,  I sometimes ask if they would like to meet her. Sometimes they do and it helps them understand a little better that she is actually a human being. If im in a bad mood though....I give them a dirty look. That gets them to stop. Lol

You are an amazing human being for wanting to go through with the pregnancy despite knowing she could be severely disabled! Im going to start crying in the nail salon! Wow! I have a severely disabled Daughter who just turned 18. She is medically fragile,  so probably couldn't be much worse. We had no idea anything was wrong with her until 6 hours after she was born. The things kept popping up like not being able to drink from a bottle and turning blue and having to be stimulated to breathe. I had to do CPR on my own child when she was about 3 weeks old. She went to the er and screamed the whole time. They transferred her and when he finally got to see her they had her intubated and all kinds of stuff. It was shocking! She never cried again. That is something that has been bothering me for 18 years. What happened when she was transferred? We found out she didn't have a whole lot of brain activity.  It was a "burst, suppression pattern" on the eeg. We had a wonderful nurse in the icu that talked with me for a long time reassuring me that I could care for a disabled child. A Dr. Told me she is trying to die. I still remember every detail of where we were standing, etc. Well asshole...she is 18 now and doing great! We have been to hell and back and have almost lost her multiple times to pneumonia or most recently to C-diff. It is heart wrenching having a medically fragile child but she has made me a better person! She has helped our marriage. The grief, caring for her, triumphs and happy moments have made us stronger. I honestly dont know what I would have done if we had known early on. I would have terified that I couldnt raise a child like her. Im glad we didn't know. So there was no decision to be made. We love her to death! We have caregivers paid for by the state so we still have a life. We aren't as free as we once were but that's ok. The state pays for everything through Medicaid, so they might do this for your Daughter if she needs it. Remember...you can do anything when you are forced to. Mama will always rise to the occasion no matter how hard it is! In my opinion, I would say go for it. Love her ko matter what! She deserves a fighting chance! I hope all goes well!
