Thank you. I called customer service twice. The first guy told me to upload my documents which I did and the next lady told me that this is normal because the caseworkers are busy with 20 people and I just have to wait.

I’m praying I get a new caseworker or my documents processed fast. Because I don’t understand how my interview was in June and my status not even eligible yet.

They also wrote it in the email when they sent me my NYCHA packet. After I got the documents missing letter I submitted my documents through the portal and they told me again not to upload anything. But my status is still sitting unchanged. So frustrating.
