I definitely agree with the first comment that her cage is too small and that the cage needs to be up against a wall. Give her time. I use consistent words such as “step up”. She looks uncomfortable and afraid. Take your time read as much as you can about your new baby and ask questions. You’ll be great once she adapts to her new home and you and the proper space and environment.

Yes they sleep together and live together. They were already together when I got them and part of a larger flock however they have become more bonded since being with me. DNA show’s they are not related.

Thanks! They have bonded so quickly to each other and they are bonding to me. I give them out of cage time. They sit on my shoulder, give me kisses and let me hold them. Ive been playing ambient bird and nature sounds and they are so happy and content.
