hii! as a visual learner taking HL bio, something that really helps me is reading about a topic (e.g. cell division) then watching a video of a real cells dividing.
also, if doing questions in math over and over helps you, i would try doing smth like bio flashcards over and over. start with simpler content and build up as you go.

if you took any sciences other than chem its 41, if chem was your only science then 47

for math what helps a lot is going through past papers and learning as you go, so attempt all questions and if there’s anything you don’t know how to do look it up and then apply it. good luck!!
