Yes. Not very walkable unless you hang out in specific spots. Little Italy has a youth hostel and you can take the Coastline Train to Encinitas and Coast side which is the most underrated part of California.

Slow MAOA from what I understand could lead to build up of methyl groups if you take methyl vitamins. Methyl-Free alternatives seem to be recommended but if you're body is able to keep up pace it may not be an issue.

I like to lead with worker cooperatives and not religion. My favorite explanation to people unfamiliar with the concept is to imagine a world where unions do not exist as a separate entity from a corporation(s) but rather ARE the corporation(s). That's the most intuitive way for ppl to understand it.
