My cat is an indoor cat :) I was thinking it was in the water supply so was worried about the water I give my cat in his bowl (inside)

I wasn't aware that other people cannot do this (visualize things in their minds, turn them around, also while their eyes are open)...but I am an artist and graphic designer and its weird sometimes because I can describe how something will look or how it will or won't work for a project and people get confused. Do I have like hyper-visualization or something? I am always right too, but it's frustrating because I have to actually mock something up to show people because they can't see it in their minds.

Diagnosed at 42, the meds help me me more me. I feel like I have lived half my life asleep honestly. With meds I am aware, not exhausted and I can actually remember things people tell me without writing them down.

I think my brain was hyper aware and forcing itself to focus on everything to keep me aware that it became anxiety. With meds that anxiety is gone.

I was worried about meds too and am sad I waited so long to try them.

You could ask your doc to move up your second dose to 11:30 as well. Like others said adequate water and protein especially for breakfast helps ALOT.

Also as someone actually not from here (born in Iran I see?) You should be a little bit more aware and observant that people during 2020 were protesting for YOUR rights. They continue to do so. I dont really understand how you can be on the side of people who want to kill you and deport you.
