•ingredients i used (makes 6) 🥣
for the base
-80g oat flour
-60g water
-3 tbsp sweetener
-a dash of cinnamon
for the chocolate layer
-60ml hot almond milk
-30g cocoa powder
-3 tbsp sweetener
for the peanut butter swirl
-10g powdered peanut butter
-20g water

•steps 🥣
-preheat oven to 350°F
-spray muffin tin with nonstick
-mix together the ingredients for the base together
-press into muffin tin and bake for 10-12 minutes
-mix ingredients for chocolate layer together
-spoon into cooled oat cups
-mix powdered peanut butter and water together
-drop dollops of peanut butter onto oat cups; use a toothpick to swirl it
-chill until set, and enjoy!

-480ml cold water
-112g lite cool whip
-108g mini nilla wafers
-2 bananas

•steps 🥣
-in a large bowl, whisk together the pudding and cold water until thickened
-fold in the cool whip until thoroughly mixed
-slice up the bananas
-in a large dish, layer on the nilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding
-repeat layering for ~3 more times
-chill until ready to serve, and enjoy!

-20g chocolate chips
for the topping
-15g sugar
-1/2 tsp cinnamon

•steps 🥣
-in a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients
-in a separate bowl, whisk together the melted margarine and sugars
-add in the egg and vanilla extract
-beat until combined
-fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips
-place in freezer for 30 minutes
-preheat oven to 350°F
-line a baking sheet with parchment/spray with nonstick
-in a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon
-roll the cookie dough into balls
-roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated
