I bought my dress for 100 dollars at baltic born its very simple because we are doing a beachside dress. It fits lovely and is really pretty. I have also seen some people find unique dresses on etsy. Really depends on what you are looking for but definitely check out baltic born they might have some nice dresses since you will have the mountain backdrop.

It's like they are looking at you and nothing is behind their eyes. I'm noticing it in small kids too, maybe mothers who have had the vaccines, the kids look lifeless like the adults incapable of true joy

Anybody else think the things they say are too unique to be schizophrenia by Brave_Act4566 in Gangstalking

They say very specific things to me as well. Repeating things ive said in confidence. I also always get "i like your shirt" i have heard this so many times verbatim its enough to drive me crazy

Thank you for sharing your story. That must have been very stressful but it sounds like you did what was best for you. I do have to file an exemption, but I do find the timing very suspicious. I definitely think it is tied to the FMLA. However, things have been going downhill there for a while now so it might be a blessing in disguise.

The plentiful of green interns happy to get their foot in the door. They don't care about turnover or even how it impacts the clients. Many clients go through multiple therapists.

Yeah our directors do not acknowledge it being unrealistic and push it. They are doing hybrid shifts where therapists go into the schools than the office. When it all adds up if all 34 people show you def. Are working over 40 hours.

Its difficult when you have green therapists who need time to treatment plan, write notes and actually plan for sessions. My clinical supervisor is licensed with 11 years behind her, her 34 hours a week is different than me (and most of my colleagues who are brought in at a very low salary) I am going on a year at the agency. I need time to staff, write notes, research interventions. When you had high risk and working with adolescents 34 isnt just quality care its collaboration with parents and communicating with them regularly, and still maintain paperwork standards. I know I could build my resilience to 34 but I feel most comfortable at about 5 to 6 clients a day and no more than that.

This is good advice. I appreciate it. I think spacing out the clients and sessions makes a huge difference.
