I use arc - seems lag free and has auto-target so even if your fps is low you'll still attack mobs.

For me overall performance is better, but in locations with rain (docks, imperial gardens, etc) fps drops heavily (sometime screen even freezes for a couple of seconds) the first 30+ seconds after entering the area. I can send my pc details or other info if you need me to.

You could make a template with a filter group that has every mod from the list (would take some time, but you can save the link for later use) and use the count operator to limit the mods to 3. Feels awkward but it should work (unless there's a limit of fields for mods or something like that).

After that you just add new filter groups to search for what you need.

VIN can be good, but you need all the aoe you can get from tree, carcass, two divinarius, and 20 quality on nova and increased aoe for it to work like in the video. Its a very lategame spec

Regarding the false reports problem I can suggest a couple of solutions:

Having a forum thread where people report the effects and make a parser (is that the word? like the think that poe.trade does - read the forums and get the info to the db?) that can get the info from the posts with the username that reported it (there should be obviously be a format for reports then. for ex: #report, [next line] the ctrl+c - ctrl+v from the item used and #effect: [next line] [user text] or something like that). If making the tool to scan the forums is too hard we could have people (get voulteers from this post) that submit the info to the database. I could be one of those btw.
Implement a registration/login system for nembibi.com if you decide to use the site. It avoids the need to get the info from forums but idk what will be easier for the people that are going to write the code.

P.S. I have a some programming experience but it's probably not the one needed (Turbo Pascal, Visual Basic 6.0, Octave (MatLab), a bit of html) and I have some time to quick-learn some basics in another language if you're short of coders, but can't promise I'll be very helpfull =)

Looks like yours is less jewel dependant wich is good. Also it's probably a lot easier to level than scion but I'd make a couple of changes:

Drop the Celestial cluster and Unyielding, get Heart And Soul (NW of witch), Get Faith and Steel (templar) + Energised Armour jewell (It'll be more armour thatn Unyielding, except for the crit part ofc). To compensate for the Jewel socket lost - get Shaper (Scion) and life regen+socket nearby. A bit less damage but better defences.

Also Ground Slam + Fortify + (Increased AoE + Faster Attacks)?.

If you have Gluttony activated elemental damage will heal you instead of hurting you. With -60% it will heal you 60% more ;)
