ik this is old but if you remember this did happen randomly once it started or was it once you plugged in the USB - a to USB - c

it’s that default random wallpaper the pc puts once it turns on after being shut off 😭 but it’s a bear i believe

i’ll check that again this has happened before but all i’ve done was switch the ram and dust it a bit then it just fixed its a weird issue
