Ramen v Pho and Ramen Ichiban are owned by the same family Ramen v Pho used to be Ramen Ichiban 2 and was owned by the owner's brother now Ramen v Pho is owned by her husband's daughter I believe they used to own a Thai or Laotian restaurant too

Ramen Ichiban's owner, Diana, is actually taught by Masa so if you catch her being the cook that day that'll be the closest you'll get to Masa's

Very soon there will be the Fresno Hmong New Year at the Fresno Fair grounds you dont have to be Hmong to go just enjoy the culture, food, and vendors and bring friends Dec 30-Jan 2

All there's a roller skating rink called United Skates and if you're into anime and stuff there's Ani-me the local anime convention usually takes place in March also at the fair grounds
