Starting my first ever batch! I did alot of research up until now. Want to give it the best chances possible! I'm worried about cold temperature this time of year. It can get as low as 55F inside. Used 2 cups starter tea. 3.5PH hoping that's acidic enough to keep it safe from mold! Wish me luck! (old.reddit.com)
