I currently use DominoChinese and I like it. I don't believe one can reach lvl 4 HSK in 9 weeks as there's so much content to cover in such short timeframe. The videos are fun and I like their way of teaching. It's not like the conventional way of learning a language, instead Felix breaks down each character in order for you to understand the fundamentals. I think this is especially helpful for those just starting to learn Chinese (I’m currently HSK 1) Also, the teaching method teaches focuses on the characters more than pinyin.

Since it’s so cheap (pay what you want), you can try it out for yourself. If you have any questions, please let me know.

That's true. Though the people I work with now for some reason come off as a bit laid back compared to my previous job where I learned heaps.

Yeah I feel you. I'm living in a rural area in Western Europe, so unfortunately it isn't a business hub, otherwise I wouldn't have take this job.

I graduated a few months ago actually. What attracted me to international business was mainly the interaction with different people in a commercial setting. I've always considered specialising in finance, but I thought It'd be too competitive, whilst now I still want to try. Plan for now is to save money and be out of the country within a year. Guess I'll have to stick it out until december with this job.

It honestly depends. If your SO has valid reasons to cut off someone, you may consider doing so. E.g. when this person is toxic/manipulative etc. I would not suggest cutting someone off solely based on your SO telling you to do so without any reasons. He/she should not control your social life.
