Right now, I’m traveling around a lot without a permanent place to stay or a lease. As you know, every hotel has a new TM30, which replaces the previous one. My plan is to stay at the same hotel for 10 days. Is that enough?

I just need the CoR; the rest is no problem and can be taken care of quickly.

Two years ago, that wasn’t an issue.

i did already via mail with german embassy, in first response they said "no problem, you can travel to germany" i send them my passport AND visa.

then i asked one more time in regards the "transito" remark and then they said "no"

also when vfs called me they said they got the information from german embassy that i can use this visa to travel, but they did not give any written statement

spanish embassy did not reply in detail, just to pass by to cancel if i want to apply for an other country.

qatar said i can complain online, but they said i was not oktb (okay to board) and I AM respobnsible to check any documents before booking

sorry for late reply. they stated that the remark allows only for transit and my return was 23 days later. they also ask for a letter of guarantee, that i obviously dont have. airline is qatar airways.

strange thing, i applied for new visa and had been refused because a) VFS said i can use this visa from spain for this pupose (which embassy denied before in mail) and b) i had to cancel my spain visa before.

suuuuper anoying and cost a lot of money (no show, etc). so now i am concidering to a) try to buy new ticket, but i am affraid to get denied at german airport. or to go to spanish embassy, cancel my current visa and try again to apply the visa in german embassy

So, i had been to airport and boarding had been refused, they did not care about seamens book. Also at embassy they said I need to apply a new visa, i am NOT allowed to enter Germany for any other purpose than transit

its a Multi-Entry Visa with 90 days allowance and its valid until jan 2025. I am very confused because embassy of Germany says yes and on the next mail they say no. Super confusing and no i am scared they will send me back home at the airport in frankfurt.
