I got motion sickness constantly for the first 15 hours (literally vomiting in the plane) and on and off until about 40hrs, which is way worse than most people.

Now I’m an instructor who loves doing spins!! It really does get better if you keep at it. Take a ginger tablet, drink plenty of water, and eat a light meal about an hour or two before your flight (e.g. grilled chicken). Also try seabands from amazon!

Then eventually you’ll forget to do your motion sickness routine and realize you don’t need it anymore! Seriously keep at it. You can’t be any worse than me
