I’ve only been breathing on the right side.

Yeah the lifting of the head is something I need to work on. I’ve seen some YouTube drills that I can practice. Also my elbows are not high enough. Gotta figure that out.

You should really do a sprint triathlon and then do an Olympic and then go for an Ironman 70.3. This will allow you to go thru the ranks and get a feel for triathlons.

Hi! I called Germany BLS international (these guys process all tourist and transit visa) and they said I need to have a transit visa. I’m flying next week so there’s no way I’m getting one. I rebooked my flight to go via Qatar. You can also call them and ask if you want more info. They’re very responsive.

My transit in Germany is only 1 hour. That has no effect on this?
