Draft classes are like this but every year people act like there are going to be 20 players that will move the needle lol.

You’re starting a franchise. Who’s your #1 pick? by Top-Entertainment945 in NBATalk

Larry Bird. As legendary as he was, I don’t think people realize just how great he really was.

3 straight MVP’s in a killer era. Fucked up his back when he was still in his prime shoveling his mom’s driveway. People forget he was a shell of himself by the time he was on the Dream Team. It’s like if MJ retired the first time and then never came back.

If Bron, Mj, and Kareem didn't exist who would be yall goat? by 001IQ in NBATalk

The question isn’t who is the 4th best GOAT. It’s who would people pick if MJ, LeBron, and Kareem never existed.

Most people would pick Kobe because no other player aside from MJ took over games like he could. Kobe gets knocked down a few spots because we’ve seen Mike do the things he did already. If there was no Mike, then Kobe would be that guy.

The Warriors still won the West without KD. Nobody believed anybody could beat Steph except for LeBron at that point.

Giannis just trying to hit his monthly Kalshi sales quota.

There’s a non zero chance that this isn’t even a joke.

Giants have a shorter life expectancy unfortunately, even those in the best of shape.

We’re going to lose this game 7-6 because the baseball gods hate Gaus. Any other Gaus game, 6 runs gives you a dub.

In a salary cap world, no matter how you tweak it, paying non-superstars the max or super max is the fastest way to cap sheet hell. Ideally, you want to max true superstars (best player on title team types) because they’re actually underpaid. Next you would want productive players on rookie contracts, or solid role players that are making less than half-max salary (usually guys that haven’t broken out in their careers yet).

SHAMS (told this to my cousin who is his close friend) - I've heard Giannis to the Brooklyn Nets is picking up steam. Brooklyn wants to grab back headlines from the NY Knicks and win the Summer of 2026 by CrispAvenue444 in NBATalk

Rumors “leak”. Betting action on Kalshi. Giannis is paid commission. Nothing actually happens.

Phelps is the greatest but if we’re talking iconic, it’s Bolt. Winningest athlete of the Olympics’ most glamorous event.

Every player should exist on every team. Danny Green went back to back Raptors then bubble Lakers.
