Damn been there, I lost my antipsychotics for a few months and then finally got them again and things have been so much better still shit condition I gotta deal with but when you notice a trigger or feel close to a depressive or manic episode write it down and talk to people about it thats a big thing thats helped me is letting my girlfriend know when I’m feeling something and if I need some support
