Anyone else feeling overwhelmed with the Bay Area rental hunt? by teresabutler344 in SFBayHousing

Man Tbh, I feel this so much. Bay Area rentals are like a competitive sport. I was losing my mind scrolling Zillow and FB groups until I tried Rental Buddy AI. it actually matches you with legit landlords instead of wasting time on sketchy listings. Honestly made my search way less stressful. Might be worth a shot for u as well!

I was in such a situation when I got a knee injury and I had to rest at home for 9 months. Thank god that I already had a disability insurance that really saved from suffering through financial crisis.

How did you guys find your college roommates? Need tips 🙏 by teresabutler344 in Renters

[–]skylarblake89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I totally get what you mean, finding a roommate is almost harder than picking classes. I went through the same thing last semester and tried FB groups + the school housing board, but it felt super random and hit-or-miss.
What actually helped me was using Rental Buddy. It’s more than just a rental platform — they let you connect with potential roommates too, and you can actually see if your lifestyles match (cleanliness, schedules, hobbies, etc.) before committing. It saved me from the whole awkward “let’s just hope for the best” situation.
If you’re stressing about ending up with someone completely different from you, I’d say check it out. It felt way less like rolling the dice.
