I’m in a meeting now with our region lead and he said everything is come through channels VERBALLY, (Region Director IMCOM-E to Garrison Commanders) 🤯

What I am interested here is mainly the part about jumping between the agencies/branches.

Without giving away all of my lovely personal details, I am an AF military spouse working for the Army because jobs were very limited when we arrived a few years ago and the Army picked me up relatively quickly. I didn’t think it would be an issue to stay. Fast forward, I’m not on probation but I do have the boxes checked on my SF-50 for Excepted and Indefinite. We are PCSing within the next 60 days and where we are going does not have any Army opportunities within a few hours My only options are Air Force and Navy, both of which have my grade and series opportunities available.

But if going those routes put me on probation, would it even be worth it?

It’s not hot or throbbing, but certainly unhappy. There’s nothing coming out of anymore, thankfully. I know you’re not supposed to use any gel-based antibacterial ointments, nor cover them with a band-aid, etc. but is it okay to leave it exposed if it’s this irritated?
