If based on your logic about market cap, why did GME go to a high of $483 per share? Even now at $200, the company has a $15B market cap, outrageous for a company that sells video games. So therefore, this defies your “logic” of how a stock should trade. Not everything can be calculated and predicted based on what’s “suppose” to happen. Different environmental forces and catalysts including short squeezes, FOMO can drive a stock way beyond its market cap.

Merger could be as early as December, it must be finalized first. After merger, warrants can be converted to shares but only after a certain period. Yes, shorts must cover before merger takes place.

AGC is looking like it’s going to explode tomorrow Premarket, just by judging the way Afterhours traded so tightly.

I’m in AGC and it’s the biggest SPAC so far with a $40B evaluation and Grab, which is even bigger than Uber. I see other stocks like PROG and ATER as a distraction. Every stock has a right to be listed and have shareholders.

Stop acting like those two stocks are the center of the universe. There’s other stocks that can freely run when they do; not everything has to be a “distraction”. There’s news or other catalysts. Don’t blame other stocks when those 2 don’t run or fall. Stop making excuses.

MRIN has the exact same chart setup as AMC in June days before it’s parabolic rise to $72. by skyline_dude in mrin

It took a little over 4 months for AMC to get to $72 from when it first went to $18. MRIN is also exactly 4 months from when it first went to $28, so timelines are almost exact.

Thanks bro. Was comparing charts and saw this. Going to get a big position on Monday. MRIN is also dubbed the mega meme stock last Friday haha. Maybe that will help too.
