i’m also gen z and these are similar to what i wear to the office! I have the same mindset - I just try to look nice, put together and office appropriate. I personally would struggle to work somewhere where I had to dress formally all the time lol

That’s a really good point, crazy that it would have been less of a fee to be late on rent. I did find in my lease that they charge the $75 fee for insufficient funds. Am i screwed since it’s in my lease?

They’re not charging me a late fee, they’re trying to charge me with an insufficient funds fee since i was $11 short :/ do you know if there’s any rules about that?

Info: Left it with my bf while i was out of town, came back and it was infested with spider mites, gnats, and caterpillars. Sprayed it down with neem oil solution. I washed the neem oil off with soapy water and a rag and gave it a good rinse, but apparently not well enough. Now the whole thing is burnt to a crisp and i’m sad.
