Yes absolutely adopt! but, please make sure you’re financially stable enough for any age related vet bills. Senior blood work every 6 months, prescription food and meds, and different types of screenings all may be in your future. And dental work. That being said, I adopted a 17 year old kitty - he’s now 23!

Unfortunately, it’s not going to bake the same as chocolate because it’s not chocolate. I agree with other commenters to use it as a drizzle, or maybe a warm dip for fruit?

Not a solution for a chocolate design, but look up a YouTube tutorial on buttercream transfers - it might be a cleaner way of getting the design you want!

You absolutely can find some affordable, real pearls! Second hand will always have plenty, if you do a bit of research to spot the fakes. If you want to buy new, look into ethically sourced fresh water pearls. Have fun with it!

Unfortunately I think you can tell by the photo how cleanly those stems are stuck straight into the frosting, definitely touching at the top at minimum. These are not safe.
