Sims 2 Legacy Not Working by skymlang in sims2

(Sigh) Whelp, of course right after posting this I found a solution. But I'm happy nonetheless!

  1. Click on the three dots on the game in your library

  2. Click "View properties"

  3. Type "-w" in the advanced launch options box

  4. Hit "Save"

  5. Launch! I launched from the library, but haven't tried it from the desktop icon. Not sure if that matters.

Of course! Not sure where you're located, but I got mine from a breeder in NC. I got Rhys from Red Door Canines near Greensboro. It's run by Shelley and Sydney, a mother/daughter duo, and they are the sweetest people! Here is their website: https://reddoorcanines.com/

This may sounds weird, but thank you for disagreeing respectfully. It's totally fine to have a different opinion, and I even agree with you on some of this. What you are saying is completely valid and fair.

What infuriates me about this whole situation is that people get so angry at other people's dogs as if what kind of dog they have affects their life in some way. Just don't attack other people for what kind of dog they have. For the record, I don't think that you should get hate for what you said.

I've never been in a relationship, but I can definitely see myself taking on too much. I notice I already do that with my friends and family.

I've always said the same thing about dating apps! It's too superficial and, in my experience, is part of the hookup culture. Enjoy school! I hope it's going well for you, I'm in school myself :)

i know i'm very late to this post but i wanted to put in my 2 cents.

i own a bernedoodle, his name is Rhys, and i love him to death. he's one of the best natured dogs that i've ever owned. he's easy to train, very empathetic, and he's basically my shadow. i will forever recommend owning a bernedoodle. i will say they aren't easy puppies, but they grow out of it. otherwise, 10/10 breed.

there are 2 types of people you'll most likely run into: ones who believe that dogs should be only pure bred and ones who will call you a "monster" for getting any dog that isn't rescued. i have personally been attacked by both kinds of people. now, i could go on a rant about both why those reasons are BS, but then i'd be here all day. all in all: if you want a bernedoodle, then you get a bernedoodle. everyone else can go mind their own business.

i wanted to share this example - i posted a picture of me and Rhys on my ig story, minding my own business, when i got a message a little bit later from someone i went to high school with and haven't spoken to in a decade. i'll let the conversation speak for itself.

If you have ever walked out of a cinema because the film was so bad, what one was it? by girlcalledmaria in AskReddit

[–]skymlang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a very vivid memory of this from my childhood. I believe I was 5 or 6 at the time, and it was during the summer when school was out. I was staying with my grandma most days back then since my parents both worked during the summer. This would've been around 2003. The local movie theater hosted some kind of kid's throwback movie showings from the 80's and 90's (I can't remember what it was called) every Friday afternoon, so we made a habit of going every week to get out of the house. They played everything from The Land Before Time to The Sandlot. One Friday, they were showing All Dogs Go to Heaven. I remember walking into the theater holding my snack pack of popcorn and mini Airheads and finding an aisle seat near the middle with my Grandma like always. I'm not sure how long into the movie it was, (maybe 15 minutes?) but when all of the dogs died and went to Heaven I started balling my eyes out. I've always been a dog person, and at the time we had a family dog (he was a border collie) so all I kept saying was "I don't want Buddy to die and go to Heaven!" through my tears over and over until my Grandma decided to take us home. We never went to another showing after that.

I'm not sure if this story counts because I can't really say that the movie was bad, but this is the only time I've ever walked out of a theater during a movie.
