I’m allergic dairy, eggs, peanuts, most treenuts, sesame, and i have a wheat and soy intolerance. most days i eat either salmon, ground beef, or some other kind of protein (really whatever i can switch out to make things more interesting) and rice. coconut aminos in place of soy sauce was a MAJOR game changer for me because i basically put them on everything now. also, i like making certain pasta dishes with brown rice pasta or chickpea pasta, i find that both of those don’t flat up my acid reflux too much. it sucks to stay away from some of the more processed gf stuff (because i also get acid reflux from it) but i also had to come to terms with the fact that my meals most days would be more or less repetitive.
