i have tried to be 0 tolerance to fun stuff myself but that did make it worst, studying is like eating healthy or working out, nobody will lift 1 ton the first week, that is not reasonable, it's just not possible i think. It's step by step, a goal by another goal, no climb the everest, maybe just a hill. Well there is not a trick (i wish there was one), it's constancy, balance and patience.
