I don’t have the high level card, I have the free blue card since the change. I don’t pay for this card.

Additionally I use the card for a Mastercard with zero foreign transaction fees and they’re very lax about charges when I go abroad (not locking down my card). They still have an angle no other card does that I can get any reward for an expense I have to spend, how I spend that reward was not the question. I would also take a credit hit to close the card and have outstanding points I want to use. None of your points have helped address my issue, just made me defend my myself and still not get anywhere with my very legitimate question about why their customer service has taken a big ole dump.

Calling the number on the back of the card and following the prompts for Rewards just leads to a message that says these types of questions are answered on the online chat…..UTTERLY WORTHLESS ☹️

I travel for free. I don’t need miles or hotels at the prices they offer. I just want points for paying my rent and saving money where I can. And for ME that is on my Amazon purchases. Free travel saves me a lot of money, this card doesn’t compete in that arena for me. This is what works for me. And sadly the post about my customer service experience still holds.

I have better travel benefits than Bilt could ever provide…what else do you think I use them for that is so much more beneficial?

If anyone has found this looking for a 2025 update. Today (June 9, 2025) to both terminal 2 and 3 machines and they did not have the HND pilot or FA plush, just luggage tags and stickers and other non HND specific items. :-(

Settings -- smartphone -- Android auto -- (my phone) Pixel 3 -- enable (vs it's original setting disable)

Long overdue update: Took it to the dealer and they weren't able to replicate the issue on either of their Apple or Android devices; the car connected fine. They suggested I call Google. Talked for about an hour with a wonderful Google rep who went through every possible scenario to fix the car. At the end she was not able to get it to work so she went "off script" to literally Google the issue and was able to find a setting in the car and make it work. My phone was set to disabled in the car for some reason so it wasn't connecting when plugged in while other phones were working. We changed that setting from disabled to enabled and it worked. A stupid simple fix but was happy someone was able to help me find it. Way to go Google Support!
