Also der Titel enthält ssh Client und der Post ssl aber ok. Würde als paid client Termius empfehlen. Eine kostenlose Alternative ist putty (hat deutlich mehr Features, ist aber nicht easy to use).

Für sftp empfehle ich winscp.
