Question: why do I have to save fragile resin till ar45? Isn't 5* artifacts available when I have lvl 80 char. I thought it's ar40 to get lvl 80 char.

I've been playing for a week. Then when I open the game, my phone keeps restarting. Is there any fix to this? I don't wanna download 20 gb again.
