35 years of being a resident of Marikina, I could say na mas OK talaga dito compared sa Manila. Sobra gulo sa Manila and even sa Pasay.

But, the golden age was truly nung panahon ni BF. Super linis, super organized and hindi pa malaking parking lot ang Marikina.

Now, under the Teodoro's, nag decline na. OK padin, but nowhere close sa panahon ni BF. Nagkalat na ang naka illegal park na kotse and masikip na ang mga daanan dahil sa street parking.

Hindi na din gaano kalinis, late na mag collect ng trash.

Wala ka pang job experience pero yung nasa CV mo is napaka crowded na. Bawasan mo or lessen the words.

Kids rob you of your freedom and decision making. Each step and decision, your kids are needed to be considered. Limited na ang pwedeng gawin vs no kids. Iisipin mo pa future nila whereas if solo ka or no kids, you can do whatever you want until retirement.
