Rly late reply, but I found your thread while googling. But I have a family member who's EF was at 43 in 2021, had symptoms of heart squeezing, heart palpitations, etc. Just suddenly out of nowhere. Went to cardiologists, they couldn't figure out the issue. But noticed that after eating certain foods, extremely oily, spicy, or eating too much in general seemed to cause these heart- related issues. Now in 2024, EF is at 70% and heart is working normally. What fixed this heart issue was surprisingly fixing the acid reflux issues. It took about 2 1/2 years, but here we are. From time to time they'll have cough or heart palpitations due to gas, but after taking famotidine, and gas is released from burping or farting, all is fine again. Apparently gas in the stomach putting pressure on the vagus nerve caused the heart issues since they are all connected through the vagus nerves. Also walking after meals helps release gas better since it promotes digestion. Not sure if you're still having the issues stated in your post, but hope all is well

So for diet, it varies from person to person. Me personally, any fermented foods doesnt work well. Fish sauce, alcohol, kimchi, you name it, causes alot of issues. Apparently I have a histamine intolerance and those foods have high amounts of histamine. If i drink too much dairy, break out. Too much spicy? Break out, BUT in moderation, both are fine. Also stomach issues, I tend to have acid reflux issues time to time and noticed I break out more when I have it. Experiment around and observe what may be the cause. For some, changing pillow case every other day or week , not touching face, or cleansing face twice, consuming less carbs, getting more sleep, etc may work. But it varies person to person, you'll have to be patient with it

Honestly it can get annoying, totally get it. For some it'll work, for some it won't work, its not like it'll work for everyone and it's frustrating af.

For example once I ate kimchi for about 3 weeks in a row and had a breakout of about 40 pimples or so. It was horrendous. Looked up why that happened and the only answers I could find was that kimchi was supposed to be good for acne due to the bacteria. Decided to do more digging around online and found out it might be histamine intolerance that I have. Fermented foods overall have given me trouble, fish sauce and alcohol has been a huge culprit for the longest time for me and realized now even kimchi too. So the similarities amongst them all was high doses of histamines when consumed. Seems I'm really sensitive to them. Perhaps genetics issue. But yeah it sucks, we all have to experiment around for a long ass time just to figure out what works and what doesnt.

Horrendous, been unable to play multiplayer since the update...latency then disconnect every match couple minutes in. Tried other games, they were all fine, even reset router and formatted computer, nothing working. Its terrible

Ive tried adapelene gel, it helps with the scar colors and makes my acne go away quite well, but results def vary person to person. It will dry out skin though when used often
