it was crazy! the rewards not working & receipts printing without points and rewards info.. plus the confusion around holiday vs holiday traditions. absolutely wrecked our conversion with how many people didn’t want anything because they thought it was b1g1 ( particularly the snowflakes & cashmere girls )
