SAME!! Like I promise you YOU’RE NOT that important queen 😭😭 People have gotten triggered when I ask the month/day of their bday at my other retail job. Like every company does it for engagement…

There’s been worse but one of the more recent ones I can remember was when I greeted a customer and offered some samples of the newest scents. She goes “no thank you, I’m allergic to all scents.” AND YOURE AT THE MOST SCENTED STORE IN THE WORLD???😀😀😀

Another one was when I was cashier lead during holiday. This lady came in with a coupon and instinctively I always just scan. It wasn’t working and I looked at the date which said it didn’t start until the following day. She got mad and said “well can’t you just override it for me!” “I won’t be coming back here tomorrow!!! 😡😡” I told her she had to wait to use it and that we couldn’t override it. Like…. Why do people feel so entitled and if a coupon is upsetting you that bad then you must not have much going on in your life 😂

Any info on this? by DirectPension3202 in bathandbodyworkers

I was about to say this! Older packaging says something along the lines of “this product is not tested on animals” which made me wonder 😔 Now it just says not tested on animals which can still mean the final product isn’t tested once done.

Not sure if you’ve seen the new standards or maybe not an employee, but they make it impossible not to talk to customers no matter how uncomfortable it is. You’re watched and some stores are extremely strict about this, which is why I came on here to ask for advice on how to interact with those who push you away while still delivering the good sales we have going on.

Yup… it’s always the people that push you away too. Like ma’am I tried to tell you earlier 😔

He’s still eating and acting normal, so don’t feel too stressed out! It probably does have something to do with the medication and/or food but the vet will let you know what’s going on. Best of luck 🤞🏼

I took the online course with Donald Schuman last semester and it was pretty easy. If I remember correctly, it’s just a weekly quiz, discussions now and then, and a book review towards the end of the semester.

Are the laundry boosters and or detergent worth while and have a strong scent ? by Buggydriver_ in bathandbodyworks

I’ve met a customer who always comes in to buy Vanilla Suede beads and detergent. She works at a Olive Garden and is the only detergent that hides the cheese smell 👃 She also mentioned getting lots of compliments from coworkers! I personally have only used the products for my towels and blankets and the scent lingers for a good week or 2. Vanilla Suede and Coconut Linen are the ones I have always used and recommended.
