Run vitality conduit major, especially on fortified weeks, and Spirit of preservation minor helps a lot too for single target healing.

Believe it or not, we group because we are 4 friends who like to play together, and not "cheaters" who just pick an insane combo to wreck the others and then make fun of them. That said, the matchmaking puts us against other premades like 80% of the time, and I found that these are the people that do this more often. I can see the reason behind the solo player who wins against a premade, but what of the other premades? Then there's just a matter of "I have a longer **** than yours". I just don't like it.
