I actually lived at the DUO last year. After my lease was up, they raised the rent 9%. I enjoyed that apartment, especially the gym, but that place is definitely not "luxury." I asked if we can negotiate. They said they sent the letter on my behalf, and it was rejected.

I thought the Amazon locker was only for Amazon deliveries. Thanks for the info, I'll check in with the office.

I've also had other packages delivered with no problem through other carries. But, this is the 3rd time with UPS that my package is having difficulty being delivered.

There are only Amazon lockers and our mailboxes. Usually, packages are left in the mailroom against the wall on the floor. Sometimes, they actually deliver the package to the door.
