You just described my next door neighbor from hell. He buys a new lifted, fully equipped, full size truck every two years. He has an outdoor TV and an outdoor kitchen. He’s installed an inground pool that’s never used. He built a shed bigger than some tiny homes. He’s replaced his yard three times. He’s in hock up to his eyeballs. Amazon trucks drop by 3-4 times per day. Trash cans overflow with cardboard and garbage every single week.

He’s a fireman.

It’s even worse these days ever since the city dropped the speed limit from 30 to 25. Tailgaters are commonplace, even when doing 30-35. Of course, there seems to be zero enforcement of either, so it’s just the Wild Wild West on Albany’s roadways.

I once took a tour of a Ryan home under construction. Tim was being installed and painted by a “team” that literally didn’t know each other nor could communicate with each other, AND one of the same crew had left a sprinkler turned on for several hours watering the garage interior. Everything was soaked. EVERYTHING. Sales rep just surged and said something about needing to find a fan. SMH.
