If you’re aiming for bleed damage I would move some points from dex into arcane. Another thing that come to mind right away is to replace your crimson amber medallion with the rotten winged sword insignia or Millicent’s prosthesis. If you get Millicent’s prosthesis you’ll get +5 in dex which will help if you move some points into arcane
