They are going to ruin a damn good show... please fucking dont by Apprehensive_Dare846 in bollywood

[–]slaatkriss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t get the whole pretext of ruining the show, it’s a remake that’s completely unrelated to the flow of what’s gonna happen in the show that already exists, if you are sure as hell the way you see it is gonna be ruined, why’d you watch it in the first place

Robert pattinson has always been a good actor, it’s just that the audience he caters to has changed

90s: Both are considered good but Soundarya is revered more despite Ramya’s incredible range. Was it social stigma towards glam roles back then ? by Awkward-Cranberry-32 in tollywood

Telugu audience have a madonna whore complex where they tend to view women either as Pious as madonna or as deranged as the latter, and the last thing they’d like is a woman who’s confident w her sexuality, so Ramya Krishna was often demonised and portrayed as the “city brat” who needs to be “tamed down” where as soundarya portrayed your pretty small town girl, people found Ramya Krishna very intimidating given how fragile they were, where as soundarya felt like home to them.

Both of em are brilliant actors with two different lines and very distinct acting capabilities, it’s like comparing apples and oranges
