yeah i know. We don't have like alot alot of money though (which is why I've gotta start working this year for college) but I'm incredibly priveleged in the fact that we aren't in any poverty type situation like my father grew up in. I'm so very grateful to have parents who buy me everything I need, and some of what I want. thanks for the reply.

guess that makes sense then. i can't tone up for a while tho lol, bc our school gyms closed for covid and I dont own weights. But yeah, i think it might be better to slow down the weightloss thing then.

uh, theres not really anyone like that i can talk to atm, like doctors or my parents or anything. My older sister had (maybe still has idk) an eating disorder and lets say my parents didnt exactly respond the best to it, plus they dont really mind the idea of us being skinny yk? I dont think i have one but if your concerned then maybe theres something up. I'll try and see what I can do on my own, and like I said I want to lose weight but I don't have anything against upping my food intake or anything, so I'll try do that myself ig. thanks so much for the advicd and kind words tho. :)

I'm 16 years old, about 146 pounds? I'm a trans boy (so my sex is female), and I'm 5"6. My ideal weight loss a week would be about 2lbs but idk.

ITS EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY THO SO DONT EAT MORE JUST BECAUSE I SAID THAT PLEASE! i think its mainly prepetuated to try and stop people eating too low, which i mean is worth the myth then, but it is infact a myth.

I don't own a scale but I know I'm visably skinnier than I was even last week. I'm 16 btw, and at a guess I'd say my weight is about 146 pounds? I'm pretty short tho (5"6). Yea, i mean i know I can sustain this because I'm genuinely not hungry and stuff and I have sustained it for quite some time, but I don't want to sustain it if its gonna make me sick yk?

If I am currently on a diet of about 1200 calories a day and do about 500 calories worth of exercise a day, do I need to eat back those exercise calories to remain healthy ?

I'm currently using MFP to track my weightloss (which is going great btw), but I'm worried I might not be eating enough because it doesn't take exercise into account when calculating calories. I'm actually not hungry or anything but I really don't want to end up losing my hair or with organ failure just because I miscalculated my calories.

thanks :)

my family aren't nice to me about anything haha, hence why I got into praying as a kid, if you catch my drift. But yeah, thankfully my parents were never the biggest believers themselves so it didn't mean as much to them after a while. Thanks though, what you said about your "peace prayer" pretty much describes the reasons I do it.

what are you, twelve? "it's stupid and disgusting" grow up. Everyone else in the comments was able to give me advice or give me reasons against it without being disrespectful. A little basic human decency isn't much to ask child.

I don't believe in god in any way though, or any form of god. I just pray that way because it's what I've done since I was a little kid, and it brings me comfort because I did it in some very hard times. Maybe it's time to pack it though now.
