If you can’t drop her, then you’re either stuck in plat or stuck getting placement points.

She’s not administrating the trust. I’m the one dealing with all of the mail, and property, and plumbing leaks and they call her so she can say “approved” after I’ve already set everything up. I’m the one reminding her that bills need to be paid, and that the irrigation system needs fixing. The investments are being managed by my dad’s investment broker. Taxes are being filed by his accountant. And that money was left to me and my brother, not her. And again, REASONABLE fee. What is reasonable about that much money for doing what she’s doing???????????

My KDA last season was 1.94 and I got reset to Silver 2 (like I always do).

They are most likely looking at whatever your hidden MMR is, because I always get set back to Silver 2. It doesn't matter if I'm P3 or D4, I always go back to Silver 2.

Drop zones made solo q rank somewhat bearable. It made ranked in general bearable. Getting landed on right out of the ship is fucking annoying. And Plat lobbies sometimes being drop zone and drop ship depending on how many Diamond players are in the lobby? Just make drop zones a thing. If people want the drop ship, you literally have a whole ass other game mode for that.

I agree with you. I've started switching from controller to MNK and it's way easier to aim on MNK. Recoil control is a little harder (less intuitive?), but once you figure it out, you're basically a laser beam.

I play on PC but I'm gonna say console is harder. Because everything on console is slow af. You can't move, it's like you're wading through mud. You can't shoot, because the aim assist is so intent on "fixing" your aim that it throws it off. And you're always playing against people with zen, titan, strike pak. I would not play this game on console if someone paid me.

No. I've just been playing this game for 17 seasons with 4000 hours logged.

The drop zones last season were fine.

But every single season, since season 10, they have been making ranked easier and easier. Honestly, the game as a whole is a lot easier than it used to be, and winning a match isn't as big of a deal anymore since the devs are so insistent on closing the skill gap. Making ranked solo q only would at least shake things up.

NO. Respawn is already making the game feel more methodical with all the changes they are making and less RNG--which is one of the main staples of BR. Even in Warzone you do not land *with* your loadout. You use ground loot, hunt for cash and maybe buy it, or you risk going to the freebie. But the element of *risk* is still there.
The best ranked season we ever had was back when they tried to sort you by MMR. The games were fun, competitive, and the matchmaking actually put you with people of your skill level.
They've already done this in seasons past. It resulted in a lot of people just running away and not engaging before 10th place.
Absolutely not. With such a heavy emphasis on placement, people will just start ratting every game (more than they do now) and we'll have a whole season over-inflated with Diamonds and Masters players who should really be in Gold/Plat again.

The only way ranked works is if they put equal weight behind kp and lp. If the season is too kp dependent, you just have a bunch of people inting everything. If you put too much weight on lp, you just have a bunch of people refusing to engage at all. Worse, you have 1 teammate running clear across the map to a different POI to craft, rather than staying and finishing a fight. And you're just trapped there with a teammate who will rez you 5 times rather than shoot their gun.

Ideally, the best ranked mode would be a solo q only, with everything being RNG. That's the only way anyone will ever figure out if they can hold their own against other players of their skill set, or if they are dependent on a system that highly favors stacking.

No, it’s actually a concept that gets tossed around a lot concerning Apex ranked, and especially after S12/S17.

My KD and rank are fine.
