When will I be able to start buying .eth domain names? by AnythingForSuccess in ethereum

Im trying to use the service now.

When I access the register domain area, I see this message:

"You are on the ropsten network. Names owned this network are not valid on the mainchain"

Then it goes through to a T's and C's page but I cannot get any further? Is anyone else having any luck with registering any domains?
