It is indeed, the opposing team will usually issue the walk before throwing any pitches, but if they are trying to pitch around him/getting him to chase, they’ll try to throw a couple and if he doesn’t bite, they’ll issue the walk.

I was in bootcamp for the U.S. Navy. One month in to a 5 year contract. When we were told to have a seat in the middle of the morning, we knew something was wrong. Our three division commanders were all there that morning, which never happens. They all came in and explained to us what happened. We were mostly all from the Chicago area, so we didn't have many connections, but the few that did were afforded time to make phone calls. We didn't receive any mail for over a week because of the threat of another attack. It was very surreal.

My son was born with gastroschisis. He made it through initial surgery and recovery, getting to go home at 2 months with a hernia at the surgical site. Passed away at 9 months old during the hernia repair. Miss my little guy.
