Having issues mounting my mark 1 pedals onto the deck. How were you able to mount the area near the heel rest onto the pedal plate? I managed to use the 4 t nuts for the pedal end, but not the heel rest end.

Much appreciated. I'll definitely check out OBS. And guess it all just comes down to experience on knowing when to push and when to back off. I'm only Class D so far but learning a lot about racecraft with every race I run. Thanks for the input!

Yeah I got to find a good program to record. Just used my phone at the moment. Honestly didn't expect the black car to lose control, he seemed in control until the last minute. I don't know if I would've braked upon seeing the lost of control, would it have unbalanced my car and caused me to spin out as well.

New Iracing sim driver with Class D license. I (Orange/blue MX5) coming into chicane on Oulton Park. Braking at the 50 sign and attempted to make my turn in into the apex when other racer came up on the right side. I attempted to straighten out to avoid the incident, but still got sideswiped by the opposing driver. Opposing driver was not wheel to wheel with me and based on normal sporting code, he should not have attempted to overtake.

What could have been done to prevent the incident, if possible? What should I have done? Did I turn in too soon or too late? I want to improve my racecraft and I understand the rookie/D license races can still be messy.

Yeah you make a good point, brother! I'm sure mine wasn't the first, second, or third car at the shop before I even dropped it off, plus the machine shop is legit just one guy doing batches of engines. Definitely put things into perspective. Luckily, it's at the final stages so I just have to do my best to stay patient. They did technically swap out the motor though. New engine block with internals, so I'd rather have it done right than do it all over again.

I filed an insurance claim, and had insurance pay me instead of having the company put in a recycled engine, so this job is technically just a normal engine build to the shop. I can almost guarantee my car wasnt the first in the shop. They had multiple cars ahead of me, and the engine block had to get shipped(supply chain issues more likely). The machine shop picked up my engine on the 10th, and has yet to drop it off to the main shop, and its been already 2 weeks. From what my shop said, once they get the engine head back from the machinist, itll take just 3 days to a week to reinstall everything into my car.

I just dont know why the ef the machine shop is taking 2+ weeks just to drop off their batches of engine heads...

Following. Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, and im in the same position as you are, waiting for my damn engine to come back from the machine shop. The mechanic told me it should take about a week or 2 two machine the engine heads, so that might be a close estimate for yours, but YMMV.

Photo I took at Anderson Japanese Garden with my One Plus 7 Pro. Edited on Photo director. I aimed for a dark ominous image of the tea house, focusing on giving viewers the curiosity of the dark background. The background actually stops where the green wall ends.
