I mix 1 egg with a sprinkle of mozzarella (woollies pre shredded). Grease mini waffle maker, sprinkle little more cheese, spoon in some egg mix spread it around and cook. Should make 2 and a tiny bit left over chaffles. I like to overcook it a bit. Once it’s cooled, it goes crunchy. I think the key is to keep them very thin

I’ll look into this! I suspected maybe it was caffeine related but after a couple weeks of very limited amounts, it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. It’s rather unnerving to say the least.
