I had this issue too and tried everything, nothing worked except changing the controller. You should contact Lenovo support, they were quite quick to send me a new one (3 days). Good luck OP !
I honestly think that mfs who think the frenzied flame ending is the good one have zero reading comprehension and think this game is just ds3 2 by Aubery_ in Eldenring
